Hattie Harding
Producer

Hattie is a freelance producer and dance artist alongside working at Siobhan Davies Studios in arts administration. She is endlessly curious about movement and passionate about inclusion and using the arts to transform so is very excited to join EQ Dance Co. Hattie also produces for VI.SA Dance Project, a female duo looking at themes of identity and resistance, and is about to join Truefitt Collective for their upcoming Teacher in Residence project.
As a dance artist Hattie has toured works by Karole Armitage, Hetain Patel and Marina Collard with Transitions Dance Company and has since also performed with Petronella Wiehahn Dance, Night People and Kitsch & Sync. She is also a member of Neoteric Dance Company who have a current dance and wellbeing project working with ex service women. 

Olivia Elford
MHAC

Olivia is a Mental Health Consultant and Suicide Prevention Trainer based in the South of England but working across the whole of the UK.

She trained at Northern School of Contemporary Dance, completing the Foundation course and graduating from the degree course with a First Class Hons. Following this Olivia completed a MEd in The Psychology of Education and focused her research and dissertation on stress in dancers. She then worked in mental health, teaching courses with organisations such as Mind and Grassroots Suicide Prevention. Through these organisations Olivia has taught many different organisations and individuals about confidence in the workplace, mental health and suicide prevention. She continues to teach Suicide First Aid courses in-person and online, alongside working in the performance and arts sector as a Mental Health Arts Consultant.

Olivia prides herself on having insight into both the performance and mental health worlds and being able to bring all her experience together to make performing and creating easier and safer for professionals.

Lauren’s contemporary training started at the Swindon CAT scheme and continued onto Trinity Laban, graduating in 2016 with a BA (Hons) in contemporary dance. After graduating, she trained on the one-year BalletBoyz Dancer's Course and on training programmes with Far From the Norm, Avant Garde, and SIN Cru.  

Lauren toured with Hip Hop theatre company Fly No Filter/ SIN Cru on “The Glorious Tour”, “Only When its Feathers Are Grown” and "Valoris and the Expansions". She toured with Uchenna Dance for “Hansel & Gretel” and has performed with Protein Dance, Grounded Movement, Motus Dance, Meta4 Dance, Keneish Dance and for Sara Dos Santos.

Lauren was rehearsal director for EQ Dance Co.'s production of "Sanctuary". Lauren was in Lanre Malaolu’s short dance film “The Conversation” streamed on BFI which won multiple awards at Film Festivals internationally. Recently she performed with Impact Dance at the Outrageous Behaviour Festival and LiveVibe.

Loe D'Arcy
Costume & Set Design

Loe D’Arcy is a genderqueer dance and visual artist based in London. They studied Sculpture at Wimbledon College of Art (UAL) where their interest in material additions to the body in the form of costume and prosthetics bloomed. A wish to get closer to the materials they use culminated in a move to study at Trinity Laban for dance training. Loe’s creative work spans short solos, soft fabric accessories, costume making, set dressing, writing and sharing their outdoors movement practice with those around them.

Josh is a filmmaker and professionally an award winning VFX artist with recent work in cinemas and on Channel 4. A long time collaborator with EQ Dance Co, Josh’s main role is handling the narrative and dramaturgy of Sanctuary.
