Lauren’s contemporary training started at the Swindon CAT scheme and continued onto Trinity Laban graduating in 2016 with a BA (Hons) in contemporary dance.

 

Lauren has then moved on to perform and worked with companies such as Protein Dance, Motus Dance, Impact Dance and Keneish Dance, she has also toured with Hip Hop theatre company Fly No Filter/SIN Cru on three different productions touring the UK, most recently performing at The Secret Garden Party festival. She has also toured with Uchenna Dance for “Hansel & Gretel”.

Lauren has choreographed “Choreophobia” in collaboration with Eva Escrich Gonzalez & Lilian Nejatpour, taking this piece to Edinburgh Fringe & Somerset House. Her career has also steered her towards the digital and was part of Lanre Malaolu’s short dance film “The Conversation” streamed on BFI and winning multiple awards at Film Festivals around the world.

Panagiotis Pavlopoulos was born in Athens, Greece. He graduated from National School of Dance in 2016. In the meantime he has been collaborating with choreographers including Nikos Kalogerakis, Olia Tornaritou, Andonis Foniadakis, Paul Blackman & Christine Gouzelis, Pavlos Kourtidis, Jasmin Vardimon.  In October 2016 he joined JV2 certificate diploma of Jasmin Vardimon Company and had the chance to tour nationally a triple bill with pieces by Jasmin Vardimon, Jukstapoz and Marilena Dara. Since moved to London, Panagiotis has performed for Icarus Dance Company, Hinged Dance Co. before recently joining EQ Dance Co. Panagiotis is working at the moment as a London based freelance artist and a contemporary dance teacher.

Originally from Barcelona, Eva Escrich González initiated her dance studies at Institut del Teatre, Barcelona's main conservatoire. Moving to England she studied at Trinity Laban, graduating with BA honours in contemporary dance where she had the opportunity to perform pieces by Sasha Waltz, Tom Roden and Kerry Nicholls. She proceeded by completing a Masters in Performance at the University of Chichester, MapDance, where she collaborated with choreographers such as Lea Anderson, Cai Tommos, Hagit Yakira and Shobana Jeyasingh.  

 

After graduating Eva has been working as a freelance dancer joining Shobana Jeyasingh Dance Company for the production and touring of Contagion as well as being a regular workshop enhancer for the company. She also joined Ella&Co for the production of 100 and #nofilter.

One of her many interests is to collaborate with other artistic forms, she was able to do so when she met visual artist Lilian Nejatpour for the creation of Choreophobia, which was performed in various venues such as Chisenhale Dance Space, Somerset House, Edinburgh Fringe and Strange Love Festival

Alys is a professional freelance contemporary dancer. Alys started her vocational training at Tring

Park School for the Performing Arts, and graduated in 2016 (specialising in classical ballet). Alys

then moved to Bologna, Italy and graduated from Art Factory International: Dance Start Up

training programme in 2017. In 2022 Alys gained a First Class Honours Degree in Professional

Practice within the Arts and Creative Industries from Middlesex University. As a professional

dancer I have worked both in the UK and Italy, with choreographers such as Anna Watkins,

Roberto Zappalà, Anne Marie-Smalldon, Matt Walker, Monica Nicolaides, Taira Foo and

Gwyn Emberton; and companies such as Compagnia Zappalà Danza, Jones the Dance/y

Ddawns, EQ Dance CO and National Dance Company Wales. In addition to theatre shows Alys

has worked on dance films, outdoor dance performances, site-specific projects, music

videos, fashion editorials, and have collaborated with musicians, writers, filmmakers and

dramaturgs.

Pagan is a dance artist from Shropshire, now based in the North East, whose practice spans choreography, performance, and facilitation. She is Co-Artistic Director of Pelican Theatre, a dance and physical theatre company with whom she has created and performed works for live and digital settings, as well as delivering community dance projects such as Live Well and Dance with Parkinson’s. Pagan has been part of performance and R&D projects with companies including EQ Dance Co, Northern Dance, Mad Dogs Dance Theatre, and Lucie Labadie. She is passionate about work that connects people, and helping more people to find joy in moving their bodies.
